Day 6, 7 and now I lost counting…

Day 5 The last polish job before the big meeting tomorrow. Also changed the gear support of the manual (FIAT!) trans of Jose Manuel. The FIAT gearbox (from 1974 and up) uses the same support as the automatic box! All well prepared now.
Day 4 of the Spain/portugal trip. Found a fiat 1500 on the street near a poligono. The chassis was bax but the interior okay. After we visited our friend Luis who is also restorer of cars and 130 lover. He ownes this beautiful beige berlina automatic. And to close the day we found a coupe in the lovely colour combi violet with beige interior. Very good body and interior, but unfortunally the head gaskets were gone and have to be replaced.
Day 3 of the big 130 trip, went to have lunch at an exclusive club in the mountains with the origional owners of the dark grey berlina. This lovely couple bought their berlina new in 1974! After the lunch we visited a classic car show in the centre of the town and saw some very rare cars and also one of my all time favorites the bmw 3.0 csl!
Day 2 of my trip to Spain and Portugal! Met my friend Jose Manuel in a small village some 80 kilometer from Oviedo. And of course we had to make lots of photo’s and selfies along the way….
